And now, for the moment you've all been waiting for (insert drumroll here).... the pancake recipe!!! When I was at Whole Foods last weekend, I decided to try this in the hopes that I could make some quick pancakes during the week:
Quick Cinnamon Date Pancakes
1/3 cup pancake mix
2 tablespoons wheat germ
Heaping 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 dates, chopped
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
6 tablespoons almond milk
Combine all ingredients together in the order listed and then cook away (I know you know how to cook pancakes ;)
